Befores

    leaves.
  • House smoked cod with pineapple and coriander salsa in
    crispy sesame cups.
  • Shrimp and lemongrass wontons with a tangy sweet chilli
    sauce.

 

Main

  • Chicken sate skewers with kecap manis and crispy fried
    shallots.
  • Mango and galangal siamese ceviche
  • Kaffir lime and coconut sweet and sour prawns
  • Flash-fried chiffonade of bok choy with black sesame
  • Fresh herb and glass noodle salad with fish sauce and lime
    dressing
  • Carrot, coriander and toasted sesame salad
  • Fragrant Jasmine rice

 

Dessert

  • Pineapple, banana and cashews in a coconut crepe drizzled in Gula Melaka sauce.
