My Mexican menu combines all my favorite flavours and fun
from Mexican food and gives it an elegant twist

Befores

  • polenta crackers and corn chips served with:
    guacamole red bean and smoked paprika dip 3 colour cherry tomato spicy salsa.

 

Main

  • Chipotle and smokey mezcal marinated bbq chicken
  • Toasted cumin and green peppercorn bistec faijitas.
  • Panga ceviche with mango and cilantro
  • Yucca and mustard seed rotis.
  • Corn and manteca rice.
  • Red cabbage and coriander slaw.
  • Mixed bean salad with lime and agave dressing served with soft tortillas and crispy taco shells to fill, hot sauce and sour cream

 

  • Dessert
    Lime and coconut pie with flor de jamaica syrup and avocado infused cream or chocolate cake with chilli, salt and tequila.
