Mediterranean Forage Feast Menu

The Mediterranean menu combines fresh, sun-ripened vegetables, delicious cheeses and local meats into some of the southern-european classic favourites- with a Maxedge. Finished with locally foraged delights….

Befores

  • Selection of fresh, artisanal breads and breadsticks served with: Golden baked feta with kalmata olives, Smoked paprika alioli, Hot smoked salmon and artichoke dip.

 

Mains

  • Smoked duck and porcini risotto.
    toasted cumin and green peppercorn bistec faijitas.
  • Medium rare sliced fillet steak with red wine and green
    peppercorn jus.
  • Baked portobello mushrooms with thyme and goats cheese.
  • Mediterranean veg roasted in wild majoram with toasted
    pinenuts, walnut, pear, and gorganzola rocket salad.

 

Dessert

  • Infused pannacotta with seasonal Ibicencan fruit… Ask
    what is the flavour of the season!
  • Cheese board with local cheeses, dried fruits and swiss
    chocolates.
