This menu puts to great use my main passion- salads! This
menu is all about light, healthy, fresh food made
deeeeelicious!

Pure Heroine Menu

Befores

  • Batons of fresh, organic vegetables and home-made polenta
    crackers served with: miso infused hummus.
  • Hot-smoked salmon, artichoke and caper dip
  • Chilled white gazpacho.

 

Main

  • Seared sesame-encrusted tuna fillet with a light teriyaki
    drizzle.
  • Quinoa, shittake and seaweed paella.
  • Miso and garlic marinated grilled tofu and seitan
  • Watercress, radiccio and mixed leaf salad with tamariroasted
    seeds and avocado cream dressing
  • Fennel, celery, green apple and walnut salad with a
    yoghurt tahini dressing
  • Wild rice salad with pine nuts and white truffle oil
    Flash-steamed brocolli with hemp seeds and parmesano

 

Dessert

  • Brown rice crust pumpkin pie with date syrup
